Rotary Index Tables to CAM
TMD = rotary table locking hydraulic or pneumatic, mechanical rotation. This rotary table is designed to be used in all those machines where they are needed: high positioning accuracy, rigidity locking, high speed transfer of the dish. The locking is obtained by means of a series of crowns of divisions HIRTH type, actuated by a cylinder-operated hydraulic or pneumatic.
The rotation is obtained by means of mechanical transmission in CAM and probes wheel which transform the uniform rotary motion of the input shaft into intermittent rotary motion of the output shaft (turntable).
Regardless of the type of drive, the user of these tables in the working cycle of a special machine is extremely simple both to the small size, both as regards the inclusion from the point of view of electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. The stations are obtained by the use of gears of division characterized by a set of front teeth HIRTH.
The construction system with triple gears HIRTH allows to detach the contact surface of the turntable from the body table of only 0.05 - 0.1 mm, eliminates any friction and hence the wear of the surfaces themselves; also avoids the penetration of liquid or dust between table and base during rotation and ensures maximum accuracy.
Rotation clockwise or counterclockwise indifferently.
