Rotary Index Tables HIRTH
The increasing requirements for precision and greater use of special machines led the construction of rotary tables, precision series TIR - TPR.
Type TPR = Pneumatic indexing table
Type TIR = Hydraulic indexing table
Regardless of the type of drive, the user of these tables in the working cycle of a special machine is extremely simple both to the small size, both as regards the inclusion from the point of view of electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. The stations are obtained by the use of gears of division characterized by a set of front teeth HIRTH.
The construction system with triple gears HIRTH allows to detach the contact surface of the turntable from the body table of only 0.05 - 0.1 mm, eliminates any friction and hence the wear of the surfaces themselves; also avoids the penetration of liquid or dust between table and base during rotation and ensures maximum accuracy.
Rotation clockwise or counterclockwise indifferently.
OPTIONAL: division variable by applying a manual index selector, which allows you to quickly select one of the seven divisions provisions. 3-4-5-6-8-10-12
